About the owner:
Scott Philip is the chef and owner of the Hurricane Cafe. Scott is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America & was featured in the Great Chefs of the West television program. He has honed his skills at many of the top hotels and restaurants in the United States and opened the Hurricane Cafe in 2001. The Hurricane Cafe has since received an 'Excellent' rating by Zagat® Survey for the past 5 years as well as other awards for food quality & service. |
