Scott Richardson and Former NBC Vice President,
Tom Madden Share Award From Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival
(Jupiter, Fl.) Great Scott Film Productions,
a Jupiter based television and film production company and Transmedia Consultants, a Boca
Raton based public relations firm jointly announced that their video, directed by Scott
Richardson and written and produced by Tom Madden, won The Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival
1994 award for "Best Public Service Announcement."
The video entitled "The Child Care
Connection" is eight minutes in length and was produced through Transmedia, headed by
Tom Madden, a former Programming Vice President of NBC in New York. "The Child Care
Connection" video was sponsored by Rexall-Sundown and Cellular One.
"We felt good about the strength of
the message delivered through the video, and we also felt especially pleased with Scott
Richardson's participation as Director and Post Production Director on the project",
Madden said.
Gregory Von Hausch of the Ft. Lauderdale
Film Festival stated, "At least seventy videos and film presentations were
entered in this particular category, the Child Care Connection Video delivered the
strongest and most endearing presentations".
